4 Best Vegan Breakfast Recipes

Lately, I’ve become quite fond of vegetarian keto meals for lunch and dinner. They’re a great way to lose weight, feel better about yourself, and improve your health. In fact, if I share my story I lost 15 Kgs in 4–5 months just on a keto diet. It just to 4–5 months from a BMI of 30 (Obese) to 25 (Ideal Weight).

However, they can be difficult to prepare because of all the extra ingredients that are used in preparing them. This article is going to cover some tips on how to plan meals for a vegan Keto diet using vegetarian meals.

First, let’s get a little serious about planning vegetarian breakfast foods. While it is possible to get away with preparing any old boring food in your kitchen, nothing will ever beat a well-prepared vegetarian breakfast food. For this reason, you should pick the best vegan breakfast recipes you can find so you don’t have to settle for bland foods. Some of my best vegan breakfast/ Brunch ideas are below.

Tofu Omelet

One of my favorite breakfast recipes is a tofu omelet for breakfast. I’m not the biggest fan of tofu but when I found it in a vegetarian diet I was thrilled. To make this tofu omelet, simply soak long-cut plain tofu in water for about twenty minutes. After this long and soak time, simply blend it in some milk and some herbs like garlic powder and turmeric. I like to add some bell pepper, onion, cumin, coriander, and red pepper flakes to give it a little kick.

Tofu Scramble

One of my favorite vegetarian breakfast foods is a simple tofu scramble. This easy breakfast has become one of my favorites for the holidays. It’s really simple to make, all you need to do is to cook some long-cut veggies (sweet potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, etc) and mix them in a bowl with some nutritional yeast, and salt. Next, cook the veggies in some healthy oil, such as sunflower or safflower oil.

Baked Oatmeal

My other favorite breakfast recipes are baked oatmeal with fresh vegetables. These are also very easy to make and you can vary them as much as you want. One of my favorite breakfast recipes is black bean oatmeal with fresh chopped tomatoes and onions. You can also try vegetarian banana bread for breakfast and enjoy your delicious vegetarian breakfast.

Veggie Burger

My last few favorite vegetarian recipes are quick and easy to make. I usually eat a veggie burger topped with sauerkraut and mustard. Another quick and easy breakfast option is a Brazil nut’s breakfast bar. I usually eat these while I’m at work. Some quick and easy vegan breakfast includes a cereal bar made with cashews, a fruit bar with almonds, and a trail mix with walnuts and raisins. These are just a few of the vegan breakfast ideas that I love to eat on a daily basis.

There are dozens of other great vegan breakfast ideas, too many to include here in a short article. However, these are the ones that I make and serve my family.

So, which is the best vegan breakfast? I would have to say that there is no single best vegan breakfast. It depends on what you like and how your day is going to go. For me, when I make the vegan breakfast recipes that I love, I am ready to take them any morning and feel that I have made the best food for my body throughout the day.
